Mrs. Fiorella DESHOGUES graduated from the University of Lausanne (Master of Law) and have 10 years of experience in Migration Law.

 

She is a native speaker of Spanish and has a perfect command of French and English.

Her vast experience in the Immigration Department of a international fiduciary, in a specialized Law Firm and in several associations defending the rights of migrants in the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Valais and Fribourg have allowed Mrs. Fiorella DESHOGUES to acquire a specialized knowledge of various issues of the Migration Law.

She will always be able to answer your questions and meet your specific needs whether she is advising companies on the work permit request for highly qualified foreigners, handling cases of regularization of undocumented migrants or drafting appeals to the Cantonal Courts (Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, and Valais) or Federal Courts (Federal Administrative Court and Federal Tribunal).
