World Café at the Swiss TPH : Work permits for PhD students and postdocs

I am pleased to inform you that I will be present at the faculty meeting of the Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH) on 20 June at 16h50 (Part 2 : Career Event).

I will provide information on the conditions to be fulfilled in order to obtain a work permit after the PhD or the Post-PhD (third country nationals).

This event is organised by the Inter-University Graduate Campus (SSPH+ PhD Programme in Public Health) and will take place at the Swiss TPH in Allschwil (Seminar room 2).

The aim of my presence at the World Cafe is to provide more information about :

• The legal status of PhD & Post-PhD;
• The requirements for obtaining a work permit;
• The recent modification of the "LEI-FNIA Directive".
• Questions concerning the right to unemployment benefit ("aptitude au placement").
